We are seeking talented stylists with a passion for education and the culture of hairdressing to join the R+Co Regional Educator Team.

About the Position

The Regional Educator is a freelance role that works closely with the local sales team to support our salon partners. Educators deliver essential cutting and styling education with a strong emphasis on interactive, hands-on product knowledge.

Applicant Criteria Candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience behind the chair.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience working with R+Co and R+Co BLEU.

  • Demonstrate strong, confident public speaking skills.

  • Have a genuine passion for product education.

 Application Video Requirements

  • Videos must be submitted as one continuous clip (no start/stop edits)
  • Length: 1–2 minutes maximum
  • Submit videos to [email protected]
  • Video 1: Self-Introduction - Introduce yourself, share your past teaching and/or learning experiences, and discuss what inspires you as an educator. 
  • Video 2: Cut/Style Demonstration - Show a finished haircut or style (on a model or mannequin). Describe the products used, how they were applied, and highlight your favorite product and why.
